I checked out before 12pm with my husband because the sun meant we couldn’t sleep peacefully. The bed was in very bad condition, the bathroom didn’t feel safe, and the room smelled strongly of smoke. I was totally disappointed. There was no WiFi and no proper plug either. Such a bad hotel experience.

I should have trusted the reviews on Agoda or elsewhere and done my research before booking. The price and the way the room looked didn’t feel acceptable to me. A difference of RM5 or RM10 doesn’t matter if it gets you a better room and stay.

The service was nice, though there are still things they could improve internally. We had a couple of small issues at first, but they got sorted out later. I’d give it 3.5/5 overall.

It’s a clean budget hotel, but the service was poor. They provided just 1 towel, and an extra one costs RM 10.

I won’t stay here again. I paid the weekend rate believing I’d get a promotional room rate on Monday, but when Monday came, they said that rate was no longer promotional. The hotel itself is nice, but I found the people dishonest.
