This was the filthiest ABNAM I’ve stayed in. The towels had turned yellow, there were old bloodstains on the sheets, stains on the sofa, and, most shocking, used tissues under it. The bathroom door wouldn’t shut properly and leaked.

The room didn’t look like the listing, and the towels were like dirty, awful kitchen towels. A lot of the room’s necessities were broken, so it really didn’t feel worth the price!
