It's a big, clean and roomy new mall, though lots of the shops haven't opened yet. You can already find Village Grocer, my news, mixue and old town, plus a few salons. I think it's a good place and worth supporting.

The car park is spacious and free, and Sunsuria forum has a nice open-air feel with a breeze from the huge ceiling fans. There's a decent mix of places to eat and get coffee, along with convenience shops, salons, a spa, music tutoring centres, a big book store and clinics. Village Grocer, Uncle Dons, Starbucks, 7_11, MyNews and Subway are among the businesses here. A lot of the shop lots are still empty. The upmarket shoplot idea doesn't seem to have caught on as management and shoppers may have hoped, but the mall still has a fair range of food and cafes.

Stopped by on 21.02.25. Another shopping centre that feels dead, with too many restaurants. The cashless parking and clean toilets were the only good bits, lol.

The big ceiling fans keep the mall cool and airy, and the walkways are comfortable. It's also easy to get around if you use a wheelchair or have a baby pram. Parking entrances and exits are well planned, with signs to help find the shops. There's a mix of old-school stores and smaller retail spaces, plus Village Grocer, TeaLive, Subway, Caring Pharmacy, Secret Recipe and some takeaway food spots. Give it time to bring in more visitors. I'd especially check out Block F - 2nd floor, the “Santai @ Forum” area, where local artists hold art and cultural workshops. A hidden gem.

A clean, comfortable new mall with a modern lifestyle feel. There's still plenty of empty shop space, but I like relaxing here and the design concept at bookxcess.
