I was really upset by their explanation. I booked a room for my fiance through Agoda, the transaction went through, and I received confirmation. But when he arrived, they said the Agoda system was down and wouldn't give him a room. Even after he showed proof of the transaction, they asked him to book another room at a higher price. The front desk person also said the Agoda payment wasn't refundable. They should take responsibility instead of trying to cheat customers.

Last week, I booked this hotel on Agoda for a friend to stay overnight. I called many times to tell them about a late check-in, but nobody answered. At arrival there was no one at the counter, and we waited a long time before someone came out after several more calls. They said the room type I'd booked was full and asked us to pay extra for a different room. My friend also had trouble checking out early the next morning. Again, nobody was there, and repeated calls went unanswered. The service was very poor, disappointing, and totally unacceptable for a hotel. Not recommended. I definitely won't visit again. This happened again and again.

The room was basic, with air conditioning, a TV, a table, and an attached bathroom. The bedsheets had stains, and it was noisy at night because the hotel is by the road. Check-in service was very poor: the receptionist scolded me for no reason when I arrived. Checkout was okay.

I stayed for more than two weeks and contacted agoda to shorten my stay, but the hotel declined the request. The rooms were very dirty and the toilet was unclean. Worst hotel, not recommended at all. You'll waste your money, effort, time, and comfort.

I only stayed briefly. There’s a cafe and convenience store downstairs, so picking up food is easy. Plenty of Malay restaurants are around too, including a Nasi Kandar Restaurant.
