The public iron is on the second floor, which was the downside for me. There’s an elevator for elderly guests, and plenty of parking, though you have to pay the majlis during the day. The location is near the city center, Kluang railway coffee and Ninso, with Lake Park nearby for walks. The lobby felt elegant and welcoming. My room was spacious compared with rooms in other hotels, and the cleanliness was tip top, better than some 4 star and overseas hotels I’ve stayed in. Some places have a pungent smell, but this one didn’t. For me, it’s the best 3star hotel I’ve stayed at, worth the stay, and I’d definitely come again.

We were given lemonade refreshments, and check-in and checkout were smooth. The manager and staff were friendly and helpful, even sharing tips on local activities. The price was very reasonable, and the hotel is near the famous Kopi kluang restaurnt, around a 5-8 mnt drive from the train station. We had a small issue with the TV channel or connection, but that was okay.

The only drawback was the street-facing room noise, so be ready for that 😂. Otherwise, it was good value, with a clean, cosy room, friendly staff, and working air conditioning and hot water. Most well-known restaurants and attractions were just 5-10 minutes away. Highly recommended.

The staff were genuinely friendly in their expressions and tone, and they were helpful when we arrived. Check-in and checkout were warm and super quick, with no waiting. The room’s lovely interior and lighting made it great for makeup, and the view was beautiful, close to the crown. The TV had YouTube and Netflix too. The location is close to everything: under 30 minutes from the highway, and about 10 to 15 minutes from Railway Coffee, Gunung Lambak, the mall and nearby restaurants. I had a great time and would recommend it, especially for couples. The room is cute and cosy, just right for two, though it might feel small with kids. 💕

For couples, this is better than container hotel, though the price is “better” too. Families with kids would be better off at container hotel because it has a swimming pool.
