The place felt dirty, and I wouldn't enjoy staying here. There were water leakage stains, yellow marks in the toilet bowl that looked rusty or caused by something else, and the bed's appearance made me uncomfortable. Price isn't my main concern. I've stayed in a luxury semi-D house homestay before for RM40.

The mattress was soft and the aircon was cold, but cleanliness was far below what I’d want from a budget hotel. For RM70, I’ve found better options elsewhere, with more comfortable and cleaner rooms. The toilet was dirty, the sink hadn’t been cleaned, and the toilet hole was blocked. Paint was peeling in the bedroom, there was a stain on the bedsheet, and only one bar of soap was provided. There was no kettle in the room. The owner said it was upstairs, but my room was downstairs. My husband went up and said it was scary there, and there wasn’t even a cup in the room or by the kettle.
