Everything was okay except for the loud cars from youngsters. The noise went on until 5 am.

The location is very convenient, right across from Lotus’ hypermarket and within walking distance of lots of shops and a pharmacy. The hotel has no lift, though, which was hard with a baby. My husband had to carry all the luggage and bags upstairs while I held the baby. It was tiring. Room service was okay, but no one checked the room beforehand and the heater wasn’t working. My baby couldn’t bathe in cold water, so they let us use another room while a technician repaired it.

For a short rest, the room was comfortable and the service was good. I was confused by the socket setup: they provided a water heater, but the only socket was in the middle, shared with the TV wire, and I couldn’t figure out where to plug it in. There’s a RM 50 deposit. Foreigners and permanent residents (ic merah) are charged an extra RM 15 as tourists or foreigners. There’s no lift, which raises the question of access for disabled people and those with big luggage.

It’s in a handy spot, right behind the Lotus’s Superstore, with a Seven-Eleven Convenient Store a few lots away. The room was clean, but the aircond was noisy, the king-size spring mattress uncomfortable, and the shower bad. The toilet smelled.
