We booked a room with three beds but were given only two singles. The receptionist was unfriendly and the service was really poor. This was a terrible hotel, and I seriously wouldn't recommend staying here.

The bed seemed old, so watch out for bedbugs. It was also noisy around midnight, which made it hard to sleep.

The service was really bad. If you're looking for a terrible receptionist, you'll find one here.

Clean and tidy. Not bad.

It's close to restaurants, KFC, USM, schools, and more. So far, the place seems fine. For a family stay, you'd want to book ahead. Nice, good, and affordable for Muslim families 😃👍
