The view from our 18th floor place facing Kelantan River was magnificent. I think it was a condo rather than an apartment, and it was big, with four rooms. Two had their own bathrooms, while the other two shared one. The city is close by, and getting a Grab was easy. One downside: cars and motorcycles speed along the road out front. If you're on holiday, try a homestay here.
The river view is fantastic, and each hour you can hear the traditional chime from the clock tower next to custom department. I stayed two nights in a three-bedroom place, with an attached bathroom in the master room. Access to public amenities is very easy, and there's a security guard on duty around the clock. If you're not someone who needs pampering, this place is more than adequate.
A clean, very spacious apartment with four rooms and three bathrooms. It's fine for resting after a day out, though the surroundings, especially the open parking lot, could use improvement.
I went there in 2014 and asked to rent a flat for 1500 per month.
