The family room was spacious, clean, and well managed. The big family room is on the building's top floor, the 2nd floor, so it can be hard for older people to climb up. For ironing, ask the front desk for an iron and steel board. You'll need to find a fabric cover yourself, then return the items to the ground floor after use.

It's a quiet place, close to a public park, and good for people who like fishing. Don't expect too much, though. Cleanliness needs improvement, and the air cond filter should be cleaned regularly to help reduce health issues.

There’s a lot of parking, and the green scenery around the small river makes it feel calm and tranquil. It’s only about a 5-10 minute drive from Kota Bharu city centre, yet you can almost forget you’re staying in a hotel. This hidden gem needs plenty of work on its facilities and maintenance, though. Keep it up 💪👍👍

The place looked abandoned and creepy, tucked away in the bushes. The map couldn't guide me to the route properly, so I cancelled and went to another hotel. Come and see it for yourself before booking.

I booked through oyo online and made the trip all the way there, only to find it was fully booked. How could the reservation go through when there was no empty room?
