The pool is fantastic, and the city view is amazing. I've stayed here several times, usually for Raya or a holiday. The host is helpful and replies quickly, and the check-in and check-out instructions are very detailed. There’s CCTV outside the unit, and guest numbers are limited based on the number of bedrooms. That’s fine, since the host has to follow the building management’s rules.

The bed was even more comfortable than mine at home, haha. I stayed for 3 days and 2 nights and was really happy with the room. It was clean and smelled lovely when I arrived, and the price was affordable for a place this nice. There’s free Wi-Fi and Netflix for watching movies with family. Sarah, the owner, was warm and friendly, and did a lot to help with what I needed. She even suggested some great restaurants and places I ended up visiting. I’d happily give this unit more than five stars. I was so pleased with Sky Cozy, and it’s worth a try if you visit Kota Bharu.

The underground parking smells absolutely awful, so cover your nose. I’m not kidding. The building has 35 floors, but only two elevators were working, and they’re painfully slow. From the 30th floor, getting downstairs can take five minutes. If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this may not be the place. Hope that helps.

You get a nice city view, and the place is surrounded by good facilities. Shopping malls, restaurants, tourist attractions, and a hospital are all close by. It’s comfortable, too.
