I paid rm140 per night for a twin beds room, and it wasn't worth the price given the poor condition. I changed rooms twice but ran into the same issues: the old air conditioning took about 40 minutes before I could feel cool air, the room smelled like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time, and the water heater didn't work. The cafeteria was closed, and there wasn't a convenient store nearby. The location wasn't very convenient either.

The internet was fast, which was great. My only complaint was in room 115, where the water heater didn't work, making a cold shower uncomfortable.

The rooms were clean, and the setup gave it a business trip feel. I especially liked that the sockets were labelled to show what they were for, like the TV and fridge.

The walkway to the room felt scary, and the room smelled like it had been unused for months. The toilet ball was yellowish and the shower head was very dirty. The TV service was a problem from check-in through checkout, and the room's AC was bad enough that I complained at reception.

The staff were friendly, but I wouldn't really recommend staying here. The hotel is very close to the hospital, so the sirens were too loud. The room felt outdated, the bed was hard, and the sheets had some yellow dirty spots.
