The location is a real plus, above 7-Eleven and beside KB Mall, with street parking available. The room was okay, with a working TV, AC and kettle. But there were cobwebs, especially around the ceiling lights, and I felt more at ease sitting by reception than staying in the room. The bathroom wasn't clean. The basin tap barely ran, as if blocked, and the shower heater had the same low-water problem. I managed to detach the hose from the wall and clean it, which got the shower working. Another guest said his shower had no water, and nobody was around to help him. There's a shared bathroom too, but its sink was dirty. The common pantry had free tea and water, though it smelled bad and didn't look maintained or clean. The microwave had a lot of kulat inside.

The bathroom is outside the room and smelled of cigarettes, and there was no lock on the inside. I can't say whether the rooms without windows are any better. My room had a window, and the sound came straight through. It felt like sleeping with a wide-open window in the city. Since it was the weekend, cars and motorcycles raced all night and I couldn't sleep until morning.

I hadn't booked this place myself, my colleague arranged it. The bed was lumpy and the room smelled like dirty feet. Worst hotel ever.

Traffic noise didn't bother me since I'm used to it. The receptionist and staff were friendly, and being beside KB mall made eating and shopping easy. There's a 7E downstairs too. I stayed in a room without a bathroom. It was spacious and smelled nice, with a comfortable bed and pillow. The shared bathroom was clean, with normal water pressure and hot water, and there were no water problems. My one suggestion is to put a mirror in the room, as mine didn't have one. I'd stay here again on my next trip.

The noise was still awful at 1 am, with motorcycles racing all over the streets. The boss was quite good in how he treated me and said it would be quiet after 11 pm, but that wasn't what happened. If noise bothers you, avoid this place, especially a street-facing room. The viaduct, intersection and outdoor air conditioner at the mall kept me awake all night. The windows are extremely thin, so shutting them made no difference and blocked no sound. I came without checking Google reviews and realized on arrival that the location would be a disaster. Never trust the Agoda ratings!
