I was pleased with my first impression of Soho Hotel when I stayed there, but then a few problems came up. The wooden floor had chipped and cracked in places, which felt like a safety hazard, and there were no slippers provided. The most upsetting issue was the Rm150 security deposit. We were told it would be transferred back 2 - 3 business days after checkout, but even after a week it still hadn’t arrived. I messaged the person in charge and it still wasn’t returned. The service was slow and unreliable, and I’m really disappointed.

I've come twice, and both times the pool was so dirty, like nobody had cleaned it. Without swimming goggles you can't see anything in there, but with them you can see what's in the water 😆 I saw so many things in the pool that I wouldn't even put my foot in. It was disgusting. I saw something that looked like girls' tampons, I don't know, and there was a lot of dust too. 🙂↔️
