The room was small, but good for a solo guest or a couple. It had a fairly modern safety box, unlike ones I’ve seen in 5-star hotels. There was a TV box, though I’m not sure if the buffering in some movies was due to the internet or the box. A common hall had a water purifier, and there was a washing machine too, a plus even though I didn’t use it. The room was fresh and clean when I arrived. I found the place while looking for somewhere to stay, and after reading reviews learned it was self check-in. It sells out quickly, so I was lucky to get a room at the last minute. It’s at Sutera Avenue, near the airport and Imago shopping mall. KK Times Square is opposite, and you can reach it by walking over the pedestrian bridge. Check-in was easy with the clear instructions, though the check-in time is strict, which was fine for me. Check-out was easy too, just return the keys to the box outside the room. I’d stay again if I come by KK.

The room was very clean, and getting the key for self check-in was easy. The owner sends a password, then you sort it out yourself. Laundry service costs extra, and you need to bring detergent because they don’t provide it. There’s also a dryer, which is very convenient.

We found the room very clean, liked its design, and slept comfortably in the bed. Check-in was easy, with instructions sent over WhatsApp. It’s right opposite Imago mall, and the nearby Kopi Ping outlet has really good breakfast. The convenience stores downstairs sell souvenirs for less than those at Imago. There are attentive security staff on the building’s ground floor, so it feels very safe. Great value for the money. Recommended.

There’s no free parking, which was the one downside. The basement costs RM 1/hour. Nearby convenience stores and eateries are handy, and Imago is within walking distance. The room itself was spacious, clean and tidy, with a towel, body wash and shampoo, and a TV. I can’t remember if there was a hair dryer. A washing machine, dryer and ironing board are provided outside near the lounge. Self check-in and check-out both went smoothly. They have a microwave in the room, but no basic cutlery or dishes, so maybe they could add those.
