We weren't given any check-in instructions on arrival day, so I had to contact them myself. Only then, at the last minute, did they mention a RM100 security deposit, which wasn't clearly stated in the Agoda app and immediately worried me. I transferred it at 5:29 PM, then the person in charge stopped responding. I called more than 30 times without an answer and waited at the property for over 1.5 hours, honestly thinking we'd been scammed. They finally got back to me around 6:30 PM. It wasn't actually a scam, but the lack of transparency and poor management badly damaged my trust. The whole thing was needlessly stressful, and I wouldn't recommend this place.

The room wasn't soundproof, and at night the modified motorcycle noise from the nearby main road made it hard to sleep. The sofa and ironing table were very old, and I felt I had to be careful before sitting on the sofa. We booked three days but got coffee packs for only one day. The room also didn't match the photos. The bathroom smelled because its exhaust fan wasn't working; the toilet seat cover had a broken hinge, and the leaking health faucet had no sprayer. Dust had built up on the AC filters, and one day when we came back, the bed was dusty.
