The staff were kind and helpful, and it was generally a good hotel. Our room's air conditioning wasn't nearly cold enough: it felt closer to 26°C than the 16°C it should have been on max fan. They checked it when we asked and said it was working, but I'm sure it wasn't cooling as it should. That's the one thing they could improve.

We came for one night and ended up staying five more. The rooms are roomy, the staff are really friendly, and getting around from here is easy. I was concerned about noise, but it wasn't a problem. It's also one of the few hotels we found with two double beds in one room, which worked well with our young kids. Highly recommend it.

The room was spotless, tidy, and really spacious. Everyone from reception onward was friendly, and they kept topping up our mineral water 😍🫶. The location worked out great too, close to the airport, shopping malls, and shops like 7Eleven and Orange. Very, very recommendable.

For the price, the room was very clean and neat, and I'd stay again if I got the chance to come back. The staff were really friendly and you can walk pretty much anywhere from this location, with some good restaurants nearby. The room was a bit small, though, and the WiFi ran a little slow, so that's why I took off a star.

The front desk staff were helpful, and when I asked for extra pillows for the two of us, we got them along with an upgrade to a Deluxe room. The bed was so comfortable, the room was very clean, and the bathroom was spacious.
