Ease Hotel

This was a horrible stay, and I can't recommend the hotel. Check-in went fine, but when we entered the room there was a bed bug on the bed. I took a picture and got rid of it. After we went out for food, I showed the photo to staff when we returned. She took a picture too, sent it to her boss, and said we'd see the next day what could be done. Back in the room, we found two more bed bugs on a pillow, another on the sheet, and multiple stains on the bed linen. I went downstairs to ask for another room. The staff member called her boss. I didn't understand their local language at the time, but he or she basically said to refund us and tell us to leave, even though it was only 10pm. I wasn't asking for money back, just another room, since she'd said one was available and the sign above reception still showed a room available. Things got worse from there. She gave me a partial refund and said sorry, then left me standing there asking what we could do. She told me to find somewhere down the road. When I asked again about the other room, she flipped the sign over in front of me to show “full house - sold out,” despite there having been a room free moments earlier. The staff, rooms, and hotel were all very bad. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The lobby looked luxurious, and I loved the room. It was spacious and comfortable for sleeping. You need a keycard to use the elevator to the rooms. The receptionist was very friendly during both check-in and check-out. It was worth the money, and I'll definitely stay here again in the future ❤️

For a 1-2 night stay, the location is very convenient. The lobby is beside the restaurant Anak Mami, and Centre Point Shopping Mall, the night market, waterfront, Asia City & Api-Api Centre are all within walking distance. The room is a decent size, and the bathroom is roomy, with a bidet and good water pressure. There was a safety box and mini fridge, too. The deposit was RM50. A few things to know: there's no on-site security, so be extra careful because the lifts are in an open area. You only get one key card, which can be inconvenient when heading out, and you have to open two doors, the main door and then the room door. They provided just one small tube of shampoo & body wash. Cleanliness could be better, as the bed sheets looked old and stained.

The room was clean and cozy. The housekeeping lady was so kind, she tidied the soft toys on my daughter's pillow 😊
