Hotel Bundusan

The lobby is roomy enough to sit around and relax or wait for someone, and the staff are friendly. My room was great and had a verandah, though there wasn’t much of a view. It’s a good place to stay during Harvest Festival season, with an easy Grab ride to KDCA.

Please sort out the bathroom water. It comes out very slowly compared with the sink, where the flow is smooth and fast. Also, please provide water heaters in the hotel bathrooms for guests’ comfort. Hope management takes note, thank you 😊

The checkout experience was unfriendly and inflexible. They reminded us three times to leave by 12.30, and although we’d packed and reached the counter just a little late, at 12.33pm, the female counter staff member still warned us not to go over time next visit. I told her I’d never stay at this hotel again. Other hotels can let you extend until 1pm. The deposit also has to be paid in cash, not Duitnow or debit card. If you don’t bring cash, don’t consider staying here. There are plenty of cheaper places elsewhere with better service.

The pubs get noisy at night, and there are no transfer rates. Don’t count on getting a massage at the place next door, it’s been closed since covid19. There’s a new place nearby that takes appointments only, by flipno restaurant.
