Ibis Styles Kota Kinabalu Inanam Hotel

Although Iblis Styles Kota Kinabalu Hotel is rated three stars, the customer service went beyond what I expected. I didn't think a three-star hotel would deliver service to rival, or even surpass, many five-star places. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help. The front desk and buffet teams made us feel welcome and valued. When I told the front desk there was construction noise at night, they arranged a room change right away. Their internal communication seemed excellent, and things ran efficiently. The maintenance team was just as responsive, fixing issues almost immediately with hardly any wait. That professionalism made the stay smooth and comfortable. There's a restaurant just across the road, which made meals easy. I'm impressed and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu. 🌟😊

I liked the stylish industrial design, and the room was good value. They also provide a capsule coffee machine. It's in a suburban area, and the stay was comfortable overall. I'd recommend it for a short stay or if you like modern design. Soundproofing could be better. My room was near the elevator, so I heard the ding, and I could also make out alarm vibrations from the next room early in the morning.

Good views, a great buffet, and really good service. The price is affordable, and it's close to the bus terminal, where you can get to the main destinations around Sabah. Compared with hotels in KK, this is 100% better in every way. Nothing but positive feelings, I'd recommend it to everyone 👍

Breakfast was good, with lots of Asian options like noodles and nasi lemak, and the coffee was great. There wasn't much fruit, and all the juice was artificial, so I missed having fresh juice. The staff were great, which is why I'm giving it four stars. The room was a nice size and very well maintained, though there was nowhere to put my big suitcase. Doors shut really loudly, so you hear when a neighbor arrives and can get woken up. A 7/11, bank, money exchange, and local food places are all within walking distance. If you dare, I'd definitely recommend staying here.
