I arrived after struggling to get from the Middle East to Kota Kinabalu, and they helped arrange an early check-in and gave me a room right away. That meant a lot. At Kingsman Boutique Hotel, the staff were warm and polite, and helped with local tips and transport. The room was quiet, spotless and comfortable. The bed was cozy, the air-conditioning worked properly, and the bathroom was clean and had what I needed. I slept really well each night. Nothing to complain about, it was a relaxing stay, and I’d happily come back. I recommend it to anyone visiting Kota Kinabalu.

The room was reasonably clean and spacious. The toilet was okay cleanliness-wise, but there was a cockroach and a bit of a smell. There’s no lift, so we had to carry our heavy luggage up to level 3.

The location was spot on, near the city centre and attractions, and the price was affordable. Staff were friendly and helpful too. Our room was spotless, spacious and well equipped, with very comfortable beds. The facilities were well maintained, and the cleanliness was better than I expected. I’d stay again and recommend it.

Everything else was okay, but there are no stairs available. If you’re staying during the day and want to spend longer at the hotel, you’ll need to buy a parking coupon. We had to pay RM30 for the compound. Keep your deposit receipt safe too, because the hotel manager will ask for it when refunding your deposit.

There’s no hotel parking, so bring a DBKK coupon unless it’s Sunday or a public holiday. Nearby, you’ve got a 7eleven, food court and mamak too 😂. The room was roomy, clean, comfortable and well equipped, and it was easy for Muslims to pray with the extra space. Service was attentive and efficient. The price was REASONABLE 🫶🏻. VERY RECOMMENDED 👍🏻 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
