We were really disappointed. There was no free breakfast, and the room had no soap, body wash, shampoo, shower cap, cotton or comb. The tissue paper was used and there wasn't enough of it. At RM150++ a night for a king bed, the long wait between 3pm check-in and 11am checkout felt like a waste of time. They should move check-in to 1pm or 2pm and checkout to noon. Just a minor complaint.

“Rawrrrr” The soundproofing is so poor I could hear conversations outside my room. One staff member seemed to be into carnivorous animal roleplay. I assume she was on the phone with another roleplayer, and she'd make a “Rawrrrr” sound now and then. It might be fun if you like a safari-themed hotel, but it gave me the creeps. The room was very basic, and there were visible hairs on the linen that made me wonder if it had been changed since the last guest. There was no TV, so bring your own entertainment. The fridge was in the common area outside the room. It was well stocked like a workers' fridge, but messy and smelly, not exactly pleasant. At check-in, I had to write my own deposit receipt and sign it. Maybe it's just me, but issuing myself a receipt felt weird. And watch your step in the lobby: if the staff have just mopped, they'll sternly warn you about the wet floor, then repeat it. You're expected to take off your shoes and put them in the shoe rack, and apparently know that before arriving in dirty shoes on the freshly mopped floor. The photos are probably years old. Would I recommend it? Some people like staying in a haunted house, so I guess it depends what floats your boat. Update: Management still hasn't commented, so I've changed my rating from 5 to 1 to reflect the experience accurately.

I booked and paid for a room, but when I arrived it had been occupied by other guests. The receptionist's attitude was terrible. Poor service and a total disappointment. I'd strongly avoid this hotel. 👎👎👎

The room, bed and washroom were clean and comfortable, and the facilities were enough for a good night's stay. But one of the two male staff members reminded us to keep the floor dry after washing our hands at the basin. That seemed unnecessary and annoyed me. We'd paid for the accommodation, and I felt he should just do his job without commenting. Bad customer service.
