I was pleased with my first impression of Soho Hotel when I stayed there, but then a few problems came up. The wooden floor had chipped and cracked in places, which felt like a safety hazard, and there were no slippers provided. The most upsetting issue was the Rm150 security deposit. We were told it would be transferred back 2 - 3 business days after checkout, but even after a week it still hadn’t arrived. I messaged the person in charge and it still wasn’t returned. The service was slow and unreliable, and I’m really disappointed.
