What I’ll remember most is how the staff handled something I left behind. As I was at the airport about to fly back to KL, someone from the hotel WhatsApped me about my Apple 20W adapter and cable. It matters to me, and it wasn’t cheap. They mailed it to my home in KL after I asked, and I paid RM20 for shipping. I’ve left chargers at other hotels before and nobody contacted me, so I’m really grateful for the honesty of housekeeping and the staff’s kindness. I travel a lot, and this made the stay feel lucky and memorable. 🥰 The room wasn’t luxurious, but it was a simple, nice studio-style homestay with a fridge and microwave. The location is handy too, with restaurants, convenience shops and massage places downstairs, and Imago mall within walking distance. There’s basement parking if you’re driving or have visitors.

The room felt like a second home, with a pantry where you can heat food, though you can’t cook. There are convenient stores nearby for food, and the outdoor swimming pool is a place to relax. Just get the key from reception. There’s no balcony, and you may hear cars or planes, so it isn’t always quiet. The location is strategic, the rooms are clean, and the staff are pleasant. I’d pick a Superior Room if you like extra space to roll around in bed. It’s cosier and roomier. Breakfast isn’t included, but I still think the hotel is worth a stay. That’s my honest take, thanks.

The room itself was fine, but the practical side of the stay was frustrating. We had to change rooms because the door lock was low on battery, and the replacement was a connecting room with a broken lock. Parking costs by the hour, and finding a place was a problem. There was no clear direction when we arrived by car. The upper lot was full, while the basement seemed full of cars from the hospital next door. Security told us to use the basement, but every corner was cordoned off, and housekeeping wasn’t much help either. I wish the stay had gone better. I’d recommend it if there’s nowhere else to stay.

I had trouble logging in to the Wi-Fi. When I asked, the receptionist at the counter gave me an irritated-looking side-eye.
