We paid RM105 a night for a room with two single beds. The building has been around a long time, and the decor and furniture show their age. There's a lift, so you don't have to take the stairs. A self-service laundry nearby is convenient. Our TV wasn't working, so we didn't watch it, though WiFi is available. There's no mineral water in the room, but a convenience store close by sells it. The bathroom has shampoo and soap, and slippers are provided.

The room's small, but fine for two, and the bed was comfortable with two pillows. Hot water worked, and the power was enough even on the third floor. Free wifi too. Friendly customer service, good location, and an okay room for a cheap rate.

A grocery store is close by, and there are lots of restaurants with tasty food around here. The shopping mall is also an easy walk, about 100 to 500 meters away.
