At night I found cockroaches crawling on the bed, which was a bad experience. The room itself is simple and basic and needs maintenance. It was hard to locate, there was no proper sign or specific entrance, and the TV only had one channel.

The staff were friendly, but there was a strange noise coming from the floor above my room. The lobby is on the third floor and difficult to find. At night, I wouldn’t recommend going out, since the lift connects directly to the mall and is locked then.

It was very hard to reach the place. The address doesn’t say which floor the hotel is on, and the phone number is wrong. There’s no water heater for food, and the water heater in the toilet doesn’t work.

The room is comfortable for a budget traveller, but there were cockroaches. Last time there was an electrical problem, and this time it was a water problem.

I spent 30 minutes looking for the place. It’s called "STORYTEL" and is on the third floor next to the parking lot. The rooms are OK.
