There’s no lift, though staff helped carry the luggage. We had two single beds and enough space for three people, but the toilet was small and the sink stayed clogged all day. The socket was behind the TV, so we had to move the TV to reach it. The TV only had local channels and the signal was very weak. The air conditioner blew straight at the bed, so I didn’t sleep well. The hotel is quite near a lot of places in Kuala kangaroo. It was okay for one night, but I wouldn’t suggest staying longer.

I stayed just one day because the fire escape was locked, which seemed dangerous in case of a fire. The rooms are simple. I also lost a belt on the premises and still need it back. I’ve asked about it but haven’t had a reply.

The hotel was fairly clean and basically okay, but the air conditioning in our triple room with a balcony on level 3 kept switching between cold and not cold. We woke up sweating. The counter guy didn’t come when we called, and they wouldn’t give us another room. Check everything before staying. It’s not worth the money if you can’t sleep.

We paid in full for two rooms, but when we got there, only one was available. We’d travelled from KL and were exhausted. Really bad service from this hotel. Please watch out. If zero stars were possible, that’s what I’d give.

I paid in full, but the owner misplaced my room booking and gave me nonsense reasons. I’m not satisfied, she should be responsible. What a joke. My experience deserves 0/5.
