AC Hotel by Marriott Kuala Lumpur

We’ve stayed here several times, and the hotel’s location is very convenient. There’s a bus station just behind it, with many city routes, and the metro is a five-minute walk away. From there you can reach two transit lines and a monorail, which makes getting around easy. The breakfast is wonderful, with lots of European and Malaysian dishes, good coffee machines, desserts, and plenty of fruit. The waiters and chefs are polite and attentive. Service overall is top-notch. The rooms are clean, bright, and well ventilated, housekeeping is excellent, and staff respond quickly. Noise has varied between our stays. On the first visit we were put on the 14th floor and heard a steady hum at night, probably from rooftop equipment like ventilation motors. We called the front desk, a technician came to check, and they promptly moved us to a lower floor where it was quiet. On our second visit, our windows faced the metro line. Trains passed every 7-10 minutes with a whistling sound like a plane going by. We were on the 9th floor, and I can only imagine how loud it might be on lower floors. We were there for just one night and didn’t think much of it at first, but the noise became exhausting and made it hard to rest and sleep. The windows on our first stay faced the other side, which was beautifully quiet.

The breakfast spread was satisfying, and they change the options. I stayed two nights and will definitely return. The room was spotless, the service amazing, and the hotel is close to LRT and MRT stations, so lots of places in KL are easy to reach. Great for tourists. This is the best hotel I’ve stayed at.

Our first room was noisy because it was close to the highway and train line. The team quickly moved us to the quietest room in the building, which was just what we needed for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The buffet team treated us to delicious food and great service. At breakfast we tried local favorites, including comfy roti, a soft unleavened flatbread like a pancake, and Nasi Lemak, fragrant coconut rice with peanuts, crispy Ikan Bilis, small dried anchovies, and egg. A Malasyan all time classic. Farhan, Hamza, Nan, Morshad, and Minhazur were caring and went above and beyond every day. Nita, the General Manager, also deserves a special thank-you for leading such a thoughtful team and taking care of every detail. Her attentiveness really set the tone. The hospitality made us feel the warmth of Malaysia, and the whole stay was lovely from start to finish.

See you again, my friend. The check-in and check-out went smoothly, and the staff were helpful and professional throughout. The rooms were clean, the atmosphere relaxing, and the service excellent. We were very satisfied with our stay at AC Hotel by Marriott and would love to return. It’s a modern, comfortable place, highly recommended.
