I paid a lot for this condo, but the quality didn’t come close to matching the price. Maintenance is poor, and management is inefficient. The parking area and internal roads are so narrow that driving feels unsafe, especially when cars approach from both directions and could easily collide. The construction and planning quality feel low. Very disappointing.

I’ve been a regular supporter of LakeCity and enjoyed visiting its bazaars, so what happened at the recent “Summer Wonderland” was deeply upsetting. A young goat at the petting zoo was tied on a very short leash and made to walk in tight circles, with no space to roam or get away. It looked terrified while children ran up to it and adults teased it, and it had no way to escape or protect itself. That isn’t entertainment. I find petting zoos like this inhumane and inappropriate for a family event, especially when larger or more sensitive animals are involved. Please reconsider having these attractions, take animal welfare seriously, and ban petting zoos with large animals. Ethical standards need to be upheld going forward. Do better, LakeCity. Your community is watching.

The management service is terrible. They avoid taking responsibility, push problems onto the owner, and often don’t reply. One time they even asked to fight with the owner. Worst house I’ve ever bought.

Before taking your money, they say the place is super safe because it has 8-tier security. Once they’ve got the money, suddenly nothing is their responsibility. The security system is rubbish. Outsiders can apparently get in and out of every floor in all the buildings really easily, lol.
