From check-in, the room felt fresh and spotless. The bedsheets, bathroom, and rest of the space were all very clean, and everything smelled nice too. The apartment was comfortable and laid out well, with big windows and lovely views in the morning and at night. Even with the city just outside, it stayed quiet and private indoors. The whole place felt calm. Its Japandi design is thoughtful and easy on the eyes, luxurious without going overboard, and coming back after a long day felt grounding. Service was smooth throughout. The staff were helpful and friendly without hovering, and everything worked without me having to fuss over it. It felt like a peaceful space I wanted to spend time in, rather than just a typical luxury stay. I’d happily return when I want somewhere calm and beautifully designed to unwind.

The place feels peaceful, with fresh, modern rooms and a beautiful Japanese-inspired design. It’s very new, and everything seemed well maintained. The pool was lovely and never crowded. The location worked well too, right by the MRT and two stops from the Twin Towers. Reception staff were cheerful, welcoming, and helpful in their traditional Malaysian attire, especially the manager and Liana. For the price, I thought it was great value. I’d stay again next year and recommend it.

Annoying is the word I’d use for this stay. There are a few good things: the location, the building’s appearance, plenty of security staff, decent cleanliness, and a nice pool. But reception gave wrong information and wasn’t helpful. Appliances didn’t work properly, plumbing had issues, and air conditioning was only in half the hallways. You could hear traffic at night because there’s no sound insulation. The lifts were slow, with long waits, and basic items like hand towels and toothbrushes weren’t provided. It feels as though the place opened about six months too soon, and staff need better training. I wouldn’t recommend staying here in its current state.
