There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, including Sunway and several grocery stores, and the building has a lift. The room could use better cleaning, though, since there were cockroaches. The AC didn't cool very well, possibly because it's old, and the shower pressure was so low that bathing took a while.

The staff dealt with the problem quickly and professionally when the AC compressor started making a loud noise on the first night and the cooling felt weak. Their prompt response helped make the stay good overall. The room itself was comfortable and convenient.

The cafe looks amazing, and the room had such an impressive feel to it, almost like a five star hotel. The food was fantastic and there were lots of discounts. Facilities were all there, and the staff were very helpful. I'll definitely come back with my family.
