Bedbugs woke me around 4am with severe itching all over. I looked around, caught and killed three within minutes, and had no idea how many more there might be. I jumped out of bed, packed, and left alone in the middle of the night. When I messaged management on WhatsApp, they only told me to seek a refund through the booking platform. There was no apology, and I had to ask for my deposit before they returned it. Now I also have to deal with the bites. Please fix the basic hygiene before taking another guest. I hope nobody else goes through this. I booked for a quick work-cation because the location was convenient. Check-in wasn't pleasant: I had to contact them myself to find out where to park. The Philippines lady at the lobby was cold when we met for check-in. I then found out the deposit had to be paid through TNG, and they only accepted local calls, not WhatsApp calls, though messaging them on WhatsApp was possible. Maybe I just had bad timing, but only two of the five lifts were working because of a water leak that caused a malfunction, so the wait was much longer with so many tenants and travelers there. The room was fine when I checked in at the scheduled time, and I spent the day working in it. Then everything went downhill at midnight.

The rock-hard mattress and poor-quality pillows made it impossible for us to get a good night's sleep. The apartment was badly maintained too: the TV didn't work, the walls were unfinished, and there was visible mold in the bathroom. The towels smelled of mildew. We were very disappointed and wouldn't recommend staying here.

Construction noise goes on nonstop, with loud drilling from morning through the day on both weekdays and weekends. Security and management don't care. Avoid this building at all costs.

Parking takes some getting used to. It's paid, and the underground garage is shared with several apartment complexes, so it can be large and confusing to navigate. Go down to B1 or B2 and follow the signs for Aurora Revo. Check-in is unusual too: you need to call the agent when you arrive to get the keycards. The lobby is just a guard counter and a vending machine, so you'll need to contact the agent for anything. There's no breakfast, and toiletries are limited to soap and shampoo, so bring the rest. Even with those quirks, the room, location, and price make it a great place to stay if you're a bit street savvy. The units run by Ody Suites in the Aurora Revo apartment complex are a cut above the rest. My deluxe room cost RM172 including tax through Agoda, which is amazing value. It was large, clean, and spacious, with great natural light, a queen bed and a single bed, plus a kitchen area with a microwave, fridge, and dining area. The modern decor in black, beige, grey, and white was easy on the eyes. There's also an infinity pool on the top floor, though I didn't visit it. Pavilion Bukit Jalil mall is right across from the lobby, with other shops and restaurants around the hotel.

The toilet and towels were poorly cleaned, which was unacceptable. The check-in experience was frustrating too. The staff on duty were unfriendly and unprofessional, and the process felt uncomfortable. As an overseas traveller, I wasn't prepared for the requirements because nobody told me in advance: calls could only be made to a local phone number, not via WhatsApp, and the deposit had to be paid through Touch ‘n Go, with no cash accepted. That caused delays and a lot of inconvenience. It was a very bad stay, and I don't recommend this property.
