I booked two nights and had planned to stay for two weeks because the hotel is near the dialysis center. The location is good, and I want to thank the cleaner for being honest. I left my engagement ring in the bathroom when I checked out, remembered it three days later, and he returned it when I went back. The service was poor, though. The sheets weren't clean, and they weren't changed between guests. The water pressure was weak, so my wife couldn't bathe with warm water, and cold water doesn't suit her because she has kidney failure. After I complained that the water had been cut off, we were moved to a second room, but its air conditioner was so strong that I couldn't control the temperature. I hope they improve the services and renovate the hotel.

The room was disgusting and nothing like the advertised photos. The bathroom had mold, stains, and dirty ceilings. Furniture was broken and rusty, the mirror was damaged, the sink leaked, and the toilet was poorly maintained. Even the towels were torn and unhygienic. Do not waste your time or money here. The place is in awful, filthy condition, and management clearly doesn't care about cleanliness, comfort, or guest safety. There are plenty of nearby hotels that are much better for the price.

The bathroom was the dirtiest, the room was filthy and full of mosquitoes, and the TV didn't work. The Malaysian tourism department should look into this seriously. I won't stay at any OYO hotel again.

The room smelled really bad, and this was a very bad experience. While the air conditioner was being cleaned, I told him that if nobody was in the room, it was okay. I was just curious. Also, the bathroom window lets someone see inside while a friend or family member is showering, peeing, or doing anything in there. Oyo 1056 Batu Caved Star Hotel, you can close your hotel! It's very, very disgusting and not recommended!!!!!!!

The room service was very bad. The bathroom and room were dirty, and the bed cover, pillow, and blanket weren't clean either. The tile was in very bad shape. There was no remote control for the television. I never expected OYO or a master room to be like this. If I'd known, I wouldn't have gone there. Very, very bad. 🤬🤬🤬😡😡😡
