I'm glad I checked the room while I could still cancel. It was extremely dirty, and restriction and warning signs seemed to cover every square meter, making the place feel like a concentration camp. Even with five signs prohibiting smoking near the lift on the second floor, the elevator and corridors smelled strongly of smoke. The receptionist barely understood English. They also have rooms without windows, but that isn't disclosed on any booking service.

The service was terrible, and the room's air conditioner dripped. I went out until 2 in the morning, then slept until 3 pm because I was exhausted. Later that night I realized another mobile phone I had left at the hotel was missing. I'm sure I left it there, since I rarely used it. I hadn't asked for the room to be cleaned, but it was cleaned anyway. I'm really angry and want an explanation. Please look into this quickly and ask your staff to return my phone. Thank you.

Affordable, and the rooms were small but clean. The surrounding area wasn't so great. It worked fine for one night, with somewhere to leave my bags while I visited KL.

The location is close to the city, but the receptionist was rude and unwelcoming. The room felt stuffy, and the toilet was so tiny it was hard to get in and shower. Honestly, I'd pay more for a different hotel.
