BEEZ Hotel

After checking in and seeing the room, I decided I wasn’t staying and asked for a refund. The receptionist was rude, and the manager refused unless I paid one night’s tax. In the end, the total for one night was around RM 85 ringgit plus RM10 TAX. The room was full of mold and hair, and it smelled awful. I asked the receptionist to move me, but the next room smelled too. The AC was blowing hot air and not working. The lift doors kept opening and closing instead of shutting properly, which was scary. The hotel also looked very old and dirty. Worst hotel I’ve seen in my whole life.

I’ve stayed in lots of budget hotels, but this place made me wonder if it was even a hotel. They didn’t have basic things like an iron or even a hanger. When I asked why there was no iron, since that’s a basic amenity in hotels, the receptionist was rude and said, “Did the website say we offer this?” They had no manners and didn’t seem to care whether you stayed or left. I regret booking here, though it was a last-minute decision and I felt I had no choice.

The front desk guy’s behavior drove me to leave Beez Hotel. He was incredibly unprofessional, rude, and racist. It’s disappointing to encounter that kind of treatment at a hotel. I hope management takes action so future guests don’t go through the same thing.

Really enjoyed my stay. The receptionist always greeted people with a big smile and made the place feel extra welcoming.
