Contemporary United Point 6 PAX 现代风格 Desa Park & Mont Kiara

I attended a CCS talk on 20/11/25 at Grand Ball room ( Hao Siang Chi restaurant). To get here, take the MRT to kepong Baru, then bus T115 and get off at plaza sinar.

I’m not nearby, so I’d give this place 3 stars. It feels more like commercial shops under residences than a mall, and there isn’t enough food here to make a long drive worthwhile. If you live close by or upstairs, I’d say 4 stars. The first two hours of parking are free, which is handy for shopping at aeon. There’s also a playground for kids. The center plant park is cared for and not bad, though it’s mostly trees and greenery rather than flowers.

There’s plenty of space across the mall’s two floors beneath the residence, and parking is easy with a ticket or TnG. The first 15 minutes are free. It was quiet on a weekday, even around lunch. The small AEON supermarket is convenient, and there are pharmacies, food and beverage places, and a children’s amusement area on Lower Ground. More eateries are on Ground Floor, looking out onto the courtyard garden. The restrooms were well maintained.

I’m not sure I’d call United Point a mall after my first visit. There’s Aeon and Mr DIY, plus a few eateries on the ground floor of the condo building. Some restaurants get really crowded on weekends.
