For the same RM39, I usually stay in other OYO Hotels and get 5 star comfort and service. This hotel gets only 1 star from me. The bathroom tiles were mouldy, water flow was low, and the room smelled of cigarettes and had ashes in it. There was no parking. It was also noisy, with foreigner voices. There was no aircond remote either. I called reception to report it, and the man came to borrow the remote for just 1 minute!
There was hair on the bed, and we found cigarette ashes in the room drawers. The room felt slippery and unclean, and the washroom was dirty too. I didn't feel comfortable there at all, and wouldn't suggest staying here.
The night worker insulted Indians and called me rude using race. I came in having paid online for 2 nights in full, but he said 5 rooms were damaged and there was no room for me. When I asked for a refund, he said he had a room for his friend and would give it to me. He then asked me to fill out a form while I was taking my heavy bag inside. I came back with my bags to fill it in, and he said there were no keys and I could lock the room from inside. I said no and left. My wife, who made the booking, called him to ask why, and he insulted me. Please check your CCTV to see whether I was rude. I guess that guy might be doing some side income. I'm Malaysian, and I kindly ask for my money back.
You get lower quality products or service when you pay less, I hope you all understand. Still, I love the water heater, aircond, and extra fan. Sorry, no photos.
The room was okay, but there was no window or sunlight. There's no food at the hotel, and the TV doesn't have international English channels.
