The location is the main drawback for me. If you're visiting without a car, there's not much nearby, and the Metro station is a fair distance away. You can walk there, but it may not feel safe or pleasant at night. For business travel with your own car, it could work better. Would I stay again? Maybe, depending on why I'm here. The room itself was clean and minimal, and everything worked: washing machine, hair dryer, iron and board, fridge, fan, A/C, plates and utensils, extra sink, and universal converter. The toilet vent worked too, and the waterfall shower was lovely after a long day. Higher floors have a nice view. There's also Bila bila mart and a vending machine for snacks and water. Parking inside costs RM25 a day at the counter. Across the road, Bernama parking is RM15 a day. Both allow unlimited entry and exit for that day. The internet password is misleading, so if it won't work, remove the hyphen. I also couldn't find anywhere to hang towels in the washroom after using them.

The view was lovely, but the property didn't seem well looked after. The floor felt sticky, some lights were out, and the water heater didn't work. I raised it with management and was told there was nothing they could do. Showering without hot water was awful.

The rooftop pool was a big reason we booked, for its views of the city and Petronas twin towers. Before we arrived, they emailed to say it was being maintained and would reopen on our second day. Once there, though, we were told it would be closed for the whole week, and access also cost RM25 per person. That was a real disappointment. The building and room were otherwise lovely. We had a premium suite on the 40th floor with a great city view, and it was very well equipped: a huge refrigerator, washing machine, stove, oven, hairdryer, iron, TV, cooking utensils and cutlery. The staff were kind and welcoming, always greeting us with a big smile. For the price, it felt luxurious and offered good value. Getting around wasn't as easy for us. It's a little far from Sentral, and we needed a Grab to go most places. There isn't much accessible on foot or by public transport. I like exploring by walking and using transit to get to know a place, so this wasn't ideal. With your own transport, though, the rest of the city is a short drive away.

The parking arrangements caused the biggest hassle. We were staying in Tower A but were given a Tower B parking space, with instructions to switch to Tower A by noon the next day. When we went to do that, staff said there were no spaces available. Later, a guard wouldn't let us reach our car in Tower B because our stay was in Tower A and we hadn't changed the access card. We had to walk all the way back to Tower A. We also booked two rooms at the same price with the same listed facilities, but they weren't consistent. One had an extremely hard sofa, almost like stone, and a disappointing bathtub. Its TV was small, while the other room had a big TV that didn't work. I hope management improves room consistency and communicates parking arrangements more clearly.
