Expressionz Professional Suites by TRIVAA

You can hear other guests coming and going all night through the thin walls, though the room itself was fine. Reception staff seemed uninterested and spent their time on TikTok. I had to ask several times to get the room cleaned, and when I paid for coffee, the broken reception machine and the staff's lack of interest meant I didn't get any help. The free pool on floor 8 was okay, but the jacuzzi and sauna stayed closed the whole week. Having to pay extra for the rooftop pool and gym was a joke. On our departure day, we were told bag storage costs extra too. Ridiculous. I'd suggest staying somewhere else.

The pool is really nice, and you can swim and get some impressive photos there. The room was okay, but the place could be more pleasant. There's no cleaning service, and guests aren't allowed to leave food leftovers in the units. In a huge building with nowhere to eat, it's hard not to end up with some. The walls are thin too, so you hear your neighbours.

I booked through Booking because the reviews looked so good, but the room was dirty and bugs were crawling around in it and on the bed. There was black hair left on the sink. When I reported it, nobody seemed to care, as if this were normal. I showed a photo at reception, and the woman asked whether it was a problem. I do not recommend this place. Worst hotel I've ever stayed in. Don't be fooled by the photos or reviews.

The room did have a great view, plus a washer-dryer, air conditioning, and a fan. The two pools are awesome too, though both were closed for the two days before checkout. We booked four days, and housekeeping never cleaned the room once. We had the same two towels the whole time. There was a bad bathroom smell coming from the drain, and we had to ask for toilet paper when we arrived because none was provided. The TV didn't work because there was no aerial, and the bed was short-sheeted. Very disappointing suite accommodation.
