The stay was quite nice and clean, and there are nearby shop lots within walking distance. The gym is accessible, though it has limited equipment. There’s no swimming pool or convenience store, just two vending machines. Visitors may get confused because there’s no sign showing the building entrance. Don’t expect public transport or taxis.

It’s good, but the rent is a little expensive.

Getting around is easy if you don’t have your own transport. There’s a public bus stop opposite, and groceries are within walking distance. It’s next to the post office, Maybank, restaurants and other places. Even at peak hours, you can get a lift anytime.

It’s a nice condominium, but I personally don’t like how many walls there are. It makes me feel stuck inside. The car park is narrow too, and there’s no swimming pool.

At 12pm on 31-12-22, a Chinese guy from floor 13 came into the lift while my family and I were already inside, four of us in total. Three Chinese people then joined us. I said the limit was five people, and he replied that it was okay now. We argued a little. Who was in the wrong? Management should set clear restrictions for the lift.
