The guests were nice, and the internet worked well, but the dorm bed bugs were a nightmare. The shared bathroom was extremely dirty, too. Staff were rude, there were loads of rules, and you have to pay for a lot of things that usually aren’t extra. Check-out is at 11am, and alcohol isn’t allowed.

For the price, it has the basics a traveler needs, and I’d come back. The rooms were clean, WiFi was good, and the staff were helpful, even if they seemed a little cold at first. The Monarail station is a minute away. There’s a Seven Eleven downstairs on the street, along with a few places serving cheap, good Malaysian food. Not perfect, but convenient.

I stayed in 2014 and was sorry to hear it had been temporarily closed since Dec 2015. It was a basic hostel in a good spot, within walking distance of transport, the market, and shops, with fast WiFi. The rooms were tiny and simple, fine for sleeping before heading out.

Disgusting room, really small, no window, and there was mold on the wall.

The room rates are affordable!
