Hotel Grand Continental Kuala Lumpur

We came as a SOTC group, and this was our first trip. The staff were hardworking and respectful, and the hotel was very good. Breakfast was delicious, with sambar, moong dal, chilla, suji upma, chana and more. Zaika Taste of India restaurant was good too. We enjoyed the trip fully and didn’t feel like we were outside India.

At Zaca Restaurant on the 10th floor, breakfast was poorly managed and the staff’s behavior left a bad impression. Basic courtesy and respect were missing, and it felt like they were doing us a favor instead of providing a service we paid for. Some of the Indian staff were rude and unprofessional, with little concern for guest satisfaction. Management needs to address this and train the restaurant team properly. Until things improve significantly, I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

We were in a group for 3 days and 2 nights, and breakfast at Zaika felt like home. The food was very good, and Jain food was served at the table as well. The staff were helpful and very good. Many thanks to Mr. Lovepreet, the Zaika team, and Hotel Grand Continental.

I spent a week here, and Zaika was one of the highlights. The restaurant serves good Indian food in Kuala Lumpur, with tasty breakfast dishes from both North and South India. Lovepreet and the staff were warm and attentive, checking in to make sure everything was fine. Service was quick, and they made us feel comfortable throughout.
