Hotel Vgo

The family suite was a comfortable size, neither too big nor too small. There are lots of food options nearby, from cafes and stalls to KL East Mall, which is also an easy walk away. Parking was the frustrating part: it gets very crowded, especially at night. The receptionists were generally fine, but I hope they find a way to fix the parking situation, since that would make the stay much better.

The room was fairly spacious and the bathroom was clean, though watch out because the floor is slippery. The location is convenient, with different shops, a petrol station, and a mall in front of the hotel. Staff were okay, but I got incorrect information from the night shift when I asked to extend checkout until 5 pm. They said it would cost the same as another night, which shocked me. Thankfully, the morning shift corrected this and charged RM10 per hour.

For a solo trip, this little room was comfortable and had what I needed: coffee, an electric kettle, bathroom amenities, a clean bathroom with a hot shower, towels, shower gel, shampoo, a dental kit, and a TV with limited channels. I’d definitely rent it again when I’m traveling alone. Thanks for the service.

I stayed for 2D1N on 15/10/22, and there was no privacy. In the middle of the night, a staff member used a master card to enter my room and collect the iron I’d borrowed, without letting me know beforehand.
