Hyatt Regency Kuala Lumpur At KL Midtown

The Hyatt Regency Midtown Kuala Lumpur felt memorable because the staff were so warm and attentive. Housekeeping kept the room spotless, restaurant staff seemed to anticipate what I needed, and people remembered my name and preferences. Those personal touches made me feel valued, and the team's smiles and willingness to help really stood out. Check-in was quick and smooth, with an efficient, informative front desk team. I was welcomed warmly on arrival, and staff went out of their way to make the stay comfortable. I highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the area. Kudos to the whole team.

The pool on the 32nd floor was stunning, with a fantastic view across the KL skyline. Our bed was very comfortable, and the rooms felt luxurious, modern, and high tech. Room service was excellent and good value. Service from everyone was incredible throughout the stay, especially Aiman Lan and Faizal at reception, Fareez at the bar, and pastry chef Faith.

Our family of three had a great staycation at Hyatt Regency KL at Midtown during the June school holidays. The Kids Club was clean, well maintained, and packed with toys and activities that kept little ones busy for hours. Our son especially enjoyed the kid friendly jacuzzi at the family pool on the hotel's 5th floor. There is also an adults only pool on the 32nd floor of the residence tower. We stayed in the Residence Tower, one of two towers at this brand new, modern and stylish hotel, which opened in August 2025. It's right opposite MITEC in Mont Kiara. Our room was spacious, functional, and thoughtfully designed. Breakfast had a generous spread of high quality food. Dinner at China House was another highlight: the Peking duck roasted with rambutan wood was delicious, and the service was attentive. The warmth of staff across Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B outlets, Kids Club, Pool, and Gym really lifted the whole visit. Hyatt Regency Midtown was excellent value and went beyond what we expected. It's a great new option in the Klang Valley for families, business and conference travellers, or couples wanting a modern staycation, with its design, family facilities, food, and service.

Hyatt Regency Midtown has made my list of favorite hotels, and I'll be back. I especially want to thank Mr. Kevin in the royal navy blazer for his natural talent for customer service. Mr. Irffan from Concierge went well beyond what I expected to resolve a last minute issue, and Mr. Calvin from Room Service was very helpful. The tall Sabahan Chinese lady at the Brasserie, whose name I didn't catch, made breakfast feel warm with her lovely service. I loved the hotel's beautiful decor and exclusive atmosphere. My room was comfortable, with amenities up to a high standard and more than I expected. Thanks for such wonderful hospitality.
