The apartment is close to MRT Taman Pertama station. With two towers, it isn't too crowded, and the facilities are decent and good. The skybridge on the 28th floor is amazing. If the weather is clear and sunny, you can see Genting highlands from the balcony.

I stopped by this condo on 19.02.26 while on a delivery run. The guards were polite and friendly, and the food delivery table is behind the guardhouse.

There's a covered path connecting it to taman pertama MRT station, and the facilities are okay. Highway noise comes into the unit, though, and it'll take time to adjust and sleep peacefully. There are lots of ambulance sirens at night and racing motorbikes. The lift often breaks down.

The management ignores tenants' concerns, and the security guards are rude and arrogant. The playground and facilities are lame. Guards follow you around as if they don't want you using the pool, which is so annoying. Don't rent or live in this condo or you'll regret it.

The management is lousy. You have to pay the management fees, but that doesn't necessarily mean you can use the facilities. The CCTV notices you when you step near the swimming pool.
