NUR S.
Management is poor. I moved out and they’re supposed to transfer my RM 200 deposit, then refund it after more than a month. They also need the landlord’s authorization before they’ll refund it. I’ve never seen anything like this.

The new management and security are terrible. Rubbish is left in the basement parking, there’s no refuse room on each floor, and the lifts are often broken and smelly. Vehicles and parcels have been stolen.
The management office and its staff are disgustingly bad, lazy and unhelpful. They put an elderly resident’s life at risk over a few hundred ringgit. My 75-year-old mother has a medical issue, and because management no longer accepts cash, she can’t pay at the office and has now been denied access to her unit. Absolutely disgusting people.
There’s enough parking for many guests, though not every occupant or customer will get a space. The place is generally safe, good value and suitable for a solo traveller, couple, group or family, whether visiting for a holiday, business, study or another reason. I was satisfied, but cleanliness still needs a lot of work. The owner should also teach the customer relations officer how to deal with customers.
Paid parking is always available, so it’s easy for visitors to get in. There are also plenty of shops on the ground floor where you can buy necessities without going out. I’m not sure there’s an overnight parking rate, though, so leaving a visitor’s car there overnight could cost a lot. Apart from that, the place seems exclusive and is really nice.
