Le Quadri Hotel

For our two-day event, the team managed a very last-minute arrangement and accommodated our requests with flexibility and professionalism. Our payment took time because of internal procedures, but the hotel accepted our Letter of Undertaking, and we completed payment the day before the event. We really appreciated that trust and understanding. A big thank you to Ms Jacinta and Mr. Mazuan from the Sales Team, Mr. Adam from the Banquet Team, and Ms. Cecelia and Ms. Joyce from the Front Desk Team. Their support throughout helped everything fall into place smoothly. For future events, curtains or blinds in the MPH section could improve projection visibility and make the LCD screen sharper. A separate PA system for each room would also help. Attendees particularly requested this during a full-day workshop, since speaking continuously without proper microphone support can be tiring for both speakers and participants. We’re grateful for the team’s commitment and hospitality, which helped make our event a success.

The facilities are clean, the food is good, and the marketing and banquet staff, along with the GM, were all helpful with our requests. I even received a chocolate treat each day. It’s a very good choice for an event venue. One possible improvement: fixing the exhaust system could stop food smells from spreading into the lift lobby on the 8th floor.

The meals were a real highlight, and the chef clearly put care into preparing food that impressed our guests. We held the ICON-IRCPAS conference (March 26-28) at Le Quadri Hotel in Kuala Lumpur, and the service made coordinating the multi-day event much easier. Everyone was warm, attentive, friendly, and professional. Peter, the General Manager, personally made sure our needs were met. Jacinta Thomas and her dedicated team also provided excellent support, with Mazwan going above and beyond. Everything was handled with care, and I can’t think of anything negative about the experience. I highly recommend Le Quadri Hotel for conferences, events, or a comfortable Kuala Lumpur stay. Thanks to the whole team for making ICON-IRCPAS such a success.

Our first annual dinner here went smoothly and was well organized. The food was delicious, the facilities were excellent, and the staff were helpful. Mr. Mazuan assisted me from A to Z, and Mr. Hairul handled the food really well. Highly recommended!
