The service was good, the room was clean, and the stay was comfortable. The price was reasonable and felt worth the money. Recommended!

I waited almost an hour for my room, starting at 14:15. The cleaning staff service was really poor. On a fully booked weekend, they should have had the rooms ready earlier.

The air conditioning was the biggest problem. I waited as instructed, but it still wasn't cooling the room hours later. When I raised it before dinner, the receptionist with spectacles said there was nothing she could do because she'd already moved me. After dinner, a male receptionist told me to wait another 10 minutes, even though it had been running since I arrived. I eventually got moved to an Executive Suite, where the air conditioning worked. I'd booked the Junior Suite at Leo Palace New Wing through Agoda because the listing showed a bathtub. They put me in Room 8901, which had none. A receptionist with spectacles checked it with me, then showed me Room 8902, the Junior Suite with a bathtub. Changing rooms was a hassle, but I accepted it. The first room also had air conditioning trouble. In the second, the fridge didn't work and the shower pressure was weak. A Malay gentleman I believe was the supervisor said he'd check with maintenance. The receptionist's manner made the whole thing worse: while I was explaining the issues, she ate peanuts and barely listened. Wearing slippers behind the counter with a coat on didn't look professional either. The service needs improvement, and the Junior Suite didn't feel ready for guests. This was a stressful, disappointing stay, and the suite wasn't worth the price.

The room was decent, but it felt very humid, and there was mold on the restroom ceiling. The location is the good part, close to both the monorail and MRT.
