The room was spacious and well worth the price, and being close to a shopping mall made it easy to find food. I checked in with my family and was pleasantly surprised by both the room and the service. I'd never heard of the hotel before, but the service was excellent. Thanks to Hafizol at reception for reminding me to validate my parking before checkout.

Mohammad at the front desk made check-in and extending our stay smooth and easy. He was friendly and incredibly helpful, and I really appreciated his kindness and professionalism. The hotel itself was comfortable and clean, with a welcoming feel. We had a really pleasant stay and will consider coming back.

I loved the Malaysian touches around the hotel, from the local artwork and batik to the fresh flowers. The overall vibe made the stay feel special, and the location was convenient for getting around. Everything looked recently refurbished, fresh and well maintained. Getting in and out was easy, with free parking and multiple entries. The layout also seemed suitable for elderly guests and kids with special needs. Our spacious room fit four people easily, with two queen beds. The beds and pillows were so comfortable that I slept really well. The air conditioning was strong, and the Smart TV had Netflix, YouTube and Disney+. The bathroom was clean and had strong water pressure. There was also a swimming pool, fridge, iron and proper space to hang towels. The guards helped with our luggage and made us feel safe. The reception team were excellent too, especially Fred, who was so welcoming and friendly. I truly loved everything and will definitely come back!

The staff, including receptionist hafizol, were friendly and helpful throughout. There were a few small things that could be improved, but the stay was still great and I'd definitely come back. My room was clean, spacious and comfortable, with a cozy feel that made it easy to relax. The bed was comfy, the facilities worked well, and it felt worth the price.
