Traffic around here gets very, very busy. The building itself is still new and has the basics you need, and our unit had AC in every room, which is a real plus in hot, steamy KL. It works for either a short or long stay. Buses to Central Matket are easy to catch, and it’s also very close to KL Sentral for intercity trains and trains to KLIA.

We stayed in B-37-07 for 4 nights and had a good stay overall. Cleanliness could be better, and the communication and service attitude need improvement. There seems to be a karaoke room on the 42nd floor that you can book through management. Our Airbnb host said to ask the concierge how to book it. We did, also asking for management’s contact number, but got no useful information. They couldn’t even provide the management office phone number. 4 stars.

I checked in on 9th Jan and checked out on 11th Jan. I asked reception for a deposit invoice, and was told cash payment would get a receipt on the spot, while a debit card payment meant contacting customer service for it. It’s 26th Jan now and I’m still waiting. Nobody has sent the deposit receipt. The customer service man wearing glasses was unfriendly and gave me an attitude. He also didn’t explain the regulations or provide basic information. Lousy management in this building!

The management gave unclear parking directions. I was told guest parking was on level 2, but every space there was reserved by number plate. They sent me from place to place, and I ended up paying hourly parking in the basement. The room floor was dirty, and there wasn’t a mop anywhere for me to clean it myself.
